Intro: start here!

Hi there!

I'm Jessica, a first-time mum who is figuring things out along with you. <= That's how it's spelt here in the United Kingdom. If you're a mOm in the United States, I hope this won't bug you too much, ha!

Anyhoo, I got distracted... I'm here to guide you through a few simple journaling exercises that will help organise overwhelming thoughts so that they are more manageable. All you need to do is grab a pen and paper. There's no need for a fancy notebook, though feel free to treat yourself! For now please just start with what you have.

Feel free to introduce yourself in the comments below: your name, a bit about who you are and when you're expecting to give birth / how old your baby is!

Then just follow along with the curriculum on the left. Once you've read the text and done any tasks outlined, click "complete and continue" to move to the next step. So here we go, let's de-escalate those anxious thoughts and have a smoother ride into motherhood together!

Quick note: this mini course is in fact an intro to a bigger course, provisionally titled "Sane Mama: a holistic guide to pregnancy & postpartum for a happy & healthy transition into motherhood" where we dive deeper into all of this. Do pop your email address here if that's something you'd be interested in! You'll also get a bonus guide to making time for what's important, which will quite helpful when you get into a groove with your routine.

In the meantime, please fill in the quick survey below, to help me best help as many mamas as possible! Then we're good to go, please click complete and continue!
